Fairplay Voucher Help

Registrations are open through the Rugby Xplorer App. Use either the button above or download the app on your phone via the app store.

  • All players, coaches and managers can then sign up/log in and activate your Rugby Account to allow registrations.

  • Rugby Xplorer sign up/login is also accessible via the web at https://myaccount.rugby.com.au/

Once you have opened the app:

  • Sign-Up/Login using your email.

  • (Click on “Email me my magic link” if you need to reset your password)

  • Log in and click “Register” in the left-hand side menu

When Registering –

  1. Under ‘Play Rugby’ click ‘Find a Club’

  2. Search for ‘GPS Rugby Juniors‘ or ‘GPS Rugby Seniors’

  3. Under ‘Registration Type’ for

    U4-U5 Pony Club

    • Role (Little Rugby)

    • Registration Type (Modified Rugby Participant)

    • Duration (Season)

U6-U7

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (Get into Rugby - Tri-Tag)

  • Duration (Season)

U8-U16

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (XV Juniors)

  • Duration (Season)

Junior Girls 7s

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (XV Girls)

  • Duration (Season)

All Abilities

  • Role (Modified Rugby Participant)

  • Registration Type (All Abilities Rugby Program)

  • Duration (Season)

Colts / Grades / Womens

  • Role (Player)

  • Registration Type (XV Seniors)

Coaches / Managers / Volunteers

  • Role (Coach / Manager / Volunteer)

FINAL STEPS:

  • Next, update any personal details if necessary - ensure email is correct and current.

  • Upload or change your profile picture OR leave and click ‘skip’

  • Update or fill in any additional details if necessary.

  • Update or fill in any emergency contact details if necessary.

  • Tick the box beside ‘I have read and agree to the National terms and conditions

  • Pay registration when prompted at the gateway

  • If wanting to register another player, when asked ‘Would you like to add another registration’ then click ‘Next player to be registered’ and repeat the process

Coaches, Managers and Volunteers - please remember to also register!

If you have any issues, the RugbyXplorer customer service team is available Monday–Friday 9 am-9 pm and Saturday 9 am-3 pm (Sydney time).
