It is a requirement of the Australian Rugby Union that every player, coach, manager and other support staff / volunteers / committee members be Registered on MyRugbyAdmin - a centralised database administered by the ARU.

To fulfill this requirement we need everyone to complete and sign a 2012 ARU Registration Form.

Existing Members - for those people returning to the Club from 2011 it is simply a matter of checking (and updating as appropriate) the information on the pre-printed form, signing & dating the form, and returning it to the office.

New Members - for those of you signing up with GPS Old Boys for the first time, please complete a blank ARU Registration Form. The information you enter on this form becomes the means by which the Club communicates with you - please make it legible, the system demands that we have a phone number for Registered Players, and if you have an e-mail address please make sure you put it on the Form. New players can get a blank form from the office or download a blank registration form here.

At the top of the Form is a space for Previous Club, Previous Union and Year. If you have previously played rugby outside Brisbane, please ensure you provide this information.

For legal and insurance reasons we also require New Members to Sign and Date the Form in the bottom left hand corner. If you were Under 18 years of age as at January 1 the Form must be signed by a Parent/Guardian who must also provide contact details.
